ORDERING INFORMATION and CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

ORDERING INFORMATION

Options

Photographs are available in three sizes. They are mounted in bevel mounts using acid-free mountcard cut to fit standard ready-made frames.
Black and White photographs are available with Light Grey mounts.
Colour photographs are available mounted in a choice of colours: Cream, Pale Blue and Pale Green.

Processing

To ensure quality control, your photographs will not be processed until your order is received.
The photographs are printed on quality photographic paper but, as with any process, small variations in colour and contrast may occur.
All mounted photographs are backed in with acid-free backing card to be ready for framing when you receive them.

Aftercare To maintain the condition of your photographs, as with any other form of reproductive art, we advise you to avoid displaying them in direct sunlight.

Ordering

You may place your order through this site, paying by debit/credit card at the same time. To do this, click on the appropriate link below the picture of your choice and you will be directed to the payment process.
Remember to make a note of the photograph's category (rural, waterside, engines, vehicles) and its reference number. And, when ordering colour photographs remember your choice of mount colour.
Order Confirmation

You will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail within 2 days of completing the payment process.
You will also receive notification when your order is despatched; under normal circumstances this will be within 21 days
Delivery

Your order will be despatched from the UK. Orders to UK destinations will be sent by First Class post; orders to other destinations by Air Mail. All orders should be received within 7 working days of despatch.
Postage and Packing charges (in UK Pounds) are as follows:-
UK 2-95; Europe 3-95; Other Destinations 5-95.

Payment

Payment for all orders will be charged in UK Pounds. Debit/credit card payments are handled by Paypal.

CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
Guarantee It is important to me that you are satisfied with the goods; all orders are accepted with a "no questions asked" guarantee. I take great pride in my level of customer service; if you are unhappy with the goods in any way please contact me. If I cannot satisfy your requirements I will give you a full refund. The only stipulation I shall make is the goods are returned to me, at your cost, in the same condition in which they were received.

Returned Goods

 Returns will be accepted within 1 month of purchase if returned in the "as sold" condition.

Commercial use of photographs is only permitted with the written permission of Bill Harwood, Bill Harwood Photographs.

Resale of any photographs is strictly prohibited unless agreed in writing with Bill Harwood, Bill Harwood Photographs.
Privacy Information

It is important that your privacy is protected and your details are treated with the utmost importance. I may have to share your details with selected third party companies for the purpose of completing a transaction with you.

Apart from the following, your details will not be collected, passed on, or stored with any other party:

  1. Names, addresses and payment details for the purpose of completing a transaction with you.
  2. Your order information is held by Catalyst Sytems on my behalf.
  3. As required by UK regulations, names, addresses and order details are held for 6 years for accounting purposes.

 I pride myself in offering a high standard of customer service. There will, however, be times when I am not available due to other commitments. Please allow 3 working days for a reply to any communication, in most cases you will receive a reply within 48 hours.
